Regional Operations Manager
Location: Sacramento, CA 95660
Pay: $70,000 - $85,000 Annually
Role Type: Exempt, Full-Time
Travel Requirement: 50%-75%
TheRegionalOperations Manager supports day-to-day performance across multipleHealth Bridgepartner clinic locations and works closely with the Director of Operations to ensure operational consistency, workflow compliance, and performance targets are met across assigned sites.
This roleis responsible forsupporting field teams, reinforcing standard operating procedures, monitoring capture-rate performance, and helping clinics successfully integrateHealth Bridgeservices into their daily workflows. TheRegionalOperations Manager serves as the primary operational support partner for assigned locations and plays a key role inmaintainingservice quality and program growth.
