As a Senior Client Solution Specialist within PNC's Private Bank organization, you will be based in Cincinnati, OH.
Key Responsibilities:
Senior Client Solution Specialist (CSS) will help support Senior Estate Settlement Advisors (ESA) to:
• Collect assets and prepare spreadsheets to track collection process
• Process call reports
• Meet offsite with appraisers and estate sale vendors
• Process cash and asset movement and other tasks at discretion of Sr. ESA.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
• 2+ years' probate law firm experience, or equivalent experience/educational background that demonstrates familiarity with wills, probate, trust, and estate administration.   • Provides sales, service and execution support for new and ongoing client relationships. May serve as a customer solutions resource.
  • Gathers required documentation. Prepares, reviews and verifies documents and relevant information for accuracy.
  • Performs common processing and ensures compliance with standard regulations and processes. May administer implementation plans and related client interactions.
  • Acts as a point of contact for clients, client teams or service partners and escalates client implementation and servicing issues as necessary.
  • Initiates, updates and verifies client, account, or transaction details in relevant systems/applications. Provides reports as needed.
  • May serve as a peer resource and may perform general administrative support.

This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
