The opportunity


As an Automotive Salesperson at our Pleasantville store, you will greet customers, uncover their needs and preferences, and guide them from first inquiry through delivery. Day to day, you will present and demonstrate vehicles, explain features, pricing, and financing options, prepare accurate paperwork, and follow up with prospects and existing customers. You will work closely with sales managers and the finance team to keep transactions smooth and the customer experience strong. You will also maintain product knowledge, meet sales and customer-satisfaction goals, and support dealership events and promotions.

What you bring

  • A customer-first mindset, with a focus on satisfaction, retention, and a positive buying experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with customers, teammates, and partners
  • Consultative selling ability, including basic product knowledge and the skill to explain features, pricing, and financing
  • Organization and time management in a fast-paced showroom
  • Comfort using dealership CRM systems and basic computer tools to log activity and manage leads
  • High school diploma or equivalent; prior sales or customer-service experience (automotive or related) preferred but not required
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and the ability to operate vehicles safely on the lot and on test drives
