Job description

Salary: $66,560 - DOE

Position: HR PARTNER Reporting to: President of HR FLSA: Exempt
Shift: Day Shift

SUMMARY

Responsible for providing account management support to Cingular HR clients and their teams. The positions will help clients develop and communicate responsibilities, train employees, human resource policies and procedures and assist with general management and implementing initial accounts and ongoing changes as required.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
  • Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, to meet account performance objectives and customers expectations.
  • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.
  • Lead solution development efforts that best address customer needs while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.
  • Create actions plans to resolve problems and issues as they arise
  • Design, Manage, and implement development schedules, plans,
  • and workforce retention
  • Conduct regular on-site training for management and employees in needed
  • areas of human resources, policy, procedure, and development as
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your
  • customers
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer
  • stakeholders, and executive sponsors
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according
  • to customer needs and objectives
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to
  • internal and external stakeholders
  • Forecast and track key account metrics
  • Identify and grow opportunities within the territory and collaborate
  • with sales teams to ensure growth attainment
  • Assist with high severity requests or issues escalations as needed and
  • engage the appropriate personnel for resolution.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven account management or other relevant experience
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence executive and C-level
  • credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer
  • needs
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying
  • strict attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Human Resource knowledge preferred
  • Must be bilingual (Spanish and English)
  • Performance Measurements
