Job description

Title: Yield TEM Support Technician
Pay Rate: $23
Hours: Thu-Sat; alternating Wed (630am - 7pm)
Location: Hillsboro, OR
Type: Assignment with Full Benefits Package

About the Role
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Load and run samples in TEM Queue
  • Process samples by priority
  • Monitor and data check TEM image data
  • Maintain high tool utilization
  • Maintain good communication with TEM tool owners (TOs)
  • Escalate any tool or job issues to TOs
  • Fill LN2
  • Assist technician trainings
  • Need: Hands-on analytical tool experience including SEM, TEM and/or beam based tools.
  • Need: Semiconductor basic knowledge.

About You
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Science in the STEM field or 4 years of experience working in a similar environment
  • Monitoring Transmission Electronic Microscopy data and assuring its quality and accuracy
  • Working with and training technicians on the use of Transmission Electronic Microscopy operations and use

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Hands-on analytical tool experience including SEM, Transmission Electron Microscopy and/or beam based tools
  • Basic knowledge of Semiconductors
  • Metrology data processing and statistical analysis
  • Has an understanding of device physics and circuits
