About the Role:
Cinch Mechanical LLC is looking for a motivated and hardworking Plumber Helper to join our growing team in Joppa, MD! This is a fantastic opportunity to get your hands dirty, learn the trade, and build a rewarding career in the plumbing industry alongside experienced professionals.
Responsibilities:

• Assist licensed plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems
• Transport, load, and unload tools, equipment, and materials to and from job sites
• Prepare work areas by digging trenches, cutting openings, and clearing debris
• Support pipe fitting, soldering, and plumbing fixture installation tasks
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site at all times
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to local plumbing codes and regulations
• Communicate effectively with lead plumbers and crew members to ensure efficient workflow

Requirements:

• Prior experience in plumbing, construction, or a related trade is a plus but not required
• Willingness to learn plumbing techniques, tools, and industry best practices
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and working in confined spaces
• Reliable transportation and ability to report to job sites in and around Joppa, MD
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and dependable attendance record
• Basic hand and power tool knowledge preferred
• Valid driver's license is a plus
