Job description

Cimarron Pointe Care Center is seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead our team. This is an opportunity for a passionate leader to create a positive workplace culture, support an exceptional team, and ensure the highest quality of care for our residents.

Leadership Responsibilities
  • Provide overall leadership and direction for daily facility operations.
  • Foster a positive, team-focused culture that supports staff and residents.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Lead quality improvement initiatives and maintain survey readiness.
  • Partner with department leaders to achieve clinical, operational, and financial goals.
Qualifications
  • Current Oklahoma Nursing Home Administrator license required.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Understanding of state and federal regulations governing long-term care.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.
  • Long-term care leadership experience preferred.
