About Our Agency

We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including auto insurance, home insurance, life insurance, retirement planning, business insurance, college planning, and renters insurance. Our office is located in Pottstown, PA. I have been a State Farm agent since 2012. Our agency has received awards including: Ambassador Travel and Legion of Honor.

Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

As a customer service representative - State Farm agent team member with Christopher Rowe - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Property/casualty insurance license (must have currently).
• Life/health insurance license (must be able to obtain).

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 1pm-5pm

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
