What You'll Do

• Be the welcoming first impression for every customer — in person, by phone, and by email
• Keep the office running smoothly by managing appointments, routing calls, and handling day-to-day communications
• Help customers navigate their questions and connect them with the right team member
• Identify insurance needs during conversations and support our team in serving existing and prospective clients
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date customer records and follow up to make sure nothing falls through the cracks
• Pitch in on administrative tasks and special projects as the team needs

What We're Looking For

• Fluent in both Spanish and English — this is a hard requirement, not a preference
• Excellent communicator who can make anyone feel at ease
• Organized, detail-oriented, and cool under pressure
• Previous experience in a receptionist, customer service, or administrative role is a plus
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a bonus
