    • 1-Weekend day required during peak season
    • Some evenings required during peak season
    • Overtime may be offered in peak weeks

Job description

Christmas Designers is the go-to source for commercial holiday décor and lighting. Our busy season is approaching fast. We need an organized, resilient under pressure pro to keep orders flowing and customers happy while our sales reps focus on closing deals.

Key responsibilities

Customer Support

  • Answer high-volume phone calls, chats, and emails, routing issues quickly
  • Qualify new leads and assign them to the correct sales rep
  • Provide shipment status and tracking updates
  • Greet and assist occasional walk-in customers

Sales Support

  • Enter sales orders accurately
  • Log and track activity in the CRM
  • Maintain clean, current customer records
  • Prepare basic sales collateral (price sheets, PDFs, reports)

Accounts Receivable

  • Email open-invoice statements to pro-installer and wholesale clients
  • Make friendly payment-reminder calls
  • Post incoming payments and update account notes
  • Process tax exemptions as needed

Warehouse- Inventory Assistance

  • Pick products to fulfill orders
  • Assist with converting bulk products into individual packs
  • Assist with packing and shipping as needed

Note: This role will continue to be defined and refined as our season evolves; additional tasks and responsibilities may be added as business needs change.

What you’ll bring

  • 1+ year in order entry, customer service, or sales administration (B2B a plus)
  • Salesforce experience is a plus
  • Proven ability to stay calm under pressure and juggle multiple tasks
  • Comfort with heavy phone work and fast turnarounds
  • Working knowledge of Excel, and a modern CRM/ERP (Acumatica/Magento)
  • Clear, professional communication by phone, email, and chat
  • Availability to work weekends during peak season
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and be on your feet when helping in the warehouse
