Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, personable, and motivated Front Desk Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a patient-facing leadership role where you'll be the first and last point of contact for our patients and a key driver of practice flow, communication, and retention.

The ideal candidate is bilingual (spanish/english), confident, professional, and thrives in a fast-paced clinical setting. 

Key Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and manage check-in/check-out processes
• Coordinate patient scheduling and follow-up appointments for multiple providers
• Present care plans and explain services with clarity and confidence
• Handle payments, insurance verifications, and patient account management
• Drive patient retention and reactivation through excellent service and follow-up
• Collaborate closely with providers and assistants to optimize clinic flow
• Support internal marketing efforts and assist with social media content as needed
• Ensure the front office runs smoothly, with a proactive eye for improvements

What We’re Looking For

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills — you're comfortable speaking with patients about care plans and recommending services
• Sales-minded — you’re confident guiding patients toward appropriate treatment plans and converting inquiries into appointments
• Highly organized — able to juggle schedules, patient needs, and office operations with poise
• Healthcare-savvy — prior experience in chiropractic, physical therapy, or a multi-service clinic is a big plus, but not required
• Tech-friendly
• A team player who can manage both front-desk duties and office administration with professionalism

Preferred Qualifications

• Front desk or office experience, ideally in a healthcare setting (willing to train if not)
• Bilingual (Spanish/English)
