We are looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Customer Support Representative to join our growing team in Vienna, Virginia.

What You'll Do

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and text messages
• Assist customers with China visa requirements and application procedures
• Provide updates on visa application status and processing timelines
• Maintain accurate customer records using Microsoft Outlook and internal systems
• Deliver outstanding customer service with professionalism and empathy
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth customer experience

No phone sales or cold calling required. Your focus will be on assisting customers who have already contacted us.

Qualifications

• Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook or google workspace and other email applications
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced office environment
• Previous customer service, call center, or office experience is preferred.
• Training will be provided for the right candidate
