Qualifications
- College or professional baseball playing experience required
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to take direction and apply feedback
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong communication skills
- Availability aligned with business needs
