We do this by fostering independence, promoting community engagement, and helping our residents thrive in a safe and loving environment.The Role You'll Play:As a Full-Time Weekend Caregiver, you'll work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, supporting our residents to live fulfilling lives. From teaching independent living skills to facilitating fun community outings, you'll help our residents gain confidence and independence every day.Your Key Responsibilities:Resident Supervision: Ensure the safety and well-being of residents, creating a caring and fun environment.Personal Care Support: Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and hygiene, ensuring dignity and respect.Medication Management: Administer medications and keep accurate records.Community Outings: Accompany residents to exciting activities in the community, building social skills and enhancing their quality of life.Meal Prep & Cooking: Help prepare meals, teach cooking skills, and make mealtimes enjoyable and educational.Crisis Management: Use de-escalation techniques and support residents through challenging moments with patience and empathy.Compensation & Benefits:$3/hour weekend shift differential for Saturdays and Sundays.$1 pay increases at 6 months and 12 months to reward your dedication and hard work.Comprehensive Benefits: Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance, Paid Time Off (PTO), and a company-matched 401k plan.What We're Looking For:Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.Experience: Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus, but we'll provide training for the right person!Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required for community outings.Personality: We're looking for energetic, compassionate, and patient individuals who thrive in a dynamic, hands-on environment.Cooking Skills: While you don't need to be a chef, some cooking skills will make mealtime even more fun!How to Apply: Ready to take the next step?
