Position Summary

Seeking a dependable and detail-oriented individual to provide daily/weekly outdoor maintenance and assist with support tasks.

Responsibilities Property Support

• Perform routine outdoor maintenance.
• Sweep and tidy patios, decks, walkways, and outdoor living areas.
• Clean and maintain outdoor furniture as needed.
• Remove debris and keep exterior areas neat and presentable.
• Report any maintenance concerns or repairs that may be needed.
• Pick up and drop off mail, supplies, or other items as directed.
• Clean and maintain card lock systems and related equipment.
• Assist with light errands and miscellaneous support tasks for the business.
• Help ensure the exterior and customer areas remain clean and welcoming.
• General warehouse tasks relating to lubricants.

Qualifications

• Clean MVR
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Physically able to perform outdoor work and lift moderate weight.
• Trustworthy, organized, and attentive to detail.
• Prior maintenance, handyman, or property care experience is preferred but not required.
• Basic computer skills (phones, tablets, computers, apps)
