Opportunity
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Shift Leader to join our team at Chick-fil-A Westgate Dr & Route 27. This isn't your typical Shift Leader position. You'll help lead one of the highest-volume Chick-fil-A restaurants in the area, coaching large teams, driving operational excellence, and developing the leadership skills needed for future advancement. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll work alongside your team to execute excellent operations, build a positive and energetic culture, and deliver remarkable guest experiences during one of the busiest parts of the day. You'll gain experience across multiple areas of the business while receiving coaching and leadership development from experienced operators who are passionate about growing people. Your Impact
  • Support and execute strong evening operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient close each shift
  • Work across multiple areas of the restaurant to gain hands-on experience operating a high-volume business
  • Lead and support team members during shifts, helping maintain a positive, fast-paced, and team-oriented environment
  • Identify and encourage high-potential team members, supporting their growth and development
  • Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and overall operational excellence
  • Deliver a remarkable guest experience through every interaction

Background Profile
  • 2 years of Leadership experience leading a team of 10+
  • 2+ year of experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment
  • Strong work ethic and ability to perform in a high-energy environment
  • Comfortable leading during evening and closing shifts consistently
  • Passion for hospitality, teamwork, and operational excellence
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Desire to grow into long-term leadership opportunities
