Cheyenne Mountain Resort opened in 1985 and sits on 25 acres of land. The 4-Star Full-Service property is nestled in the lush greens of Southern Colorado Springs and oversees Impressive mountain views, along with exciting activities like golf, swimming, and tennis. These allow for the unique experience that you can only get at this resort.
Hourly Rate: $15.16
Position Overview: This is a seasonal role. The Buffet Attendant is responsible primarily for maintaining breakfast/buffet items. This person must have good communication skills as this is a fast-paced position with continual customer contact. The ability to lift, pull and push moderate weight is necessary. Must be available weekends and holidays.
Job Functions & Responsibilities:
  • Set up, replenish, and maintain the breakfast buffet with fresh, appealing food and beverages.
  • Greet guests warmly, answer questions about menu items, and accommodate reasonable requests.
  • Monitor food temperatures and presentation to ensure safety and quality standards are met.
  • Keep the buffet area, dining space, and service stations clean, organized, and well-stocked.
  • Assist with brewing coffee, preparing simple hot and cold items, and restocking condiments.
  • Clear tables promptly and reset them for incoming guests.
  • Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines.
  • Communicate with the kitchen and management regarding supply needs or guest feedback.
