Your Daily Workflow:
- Our CSR team books your calls; dedicated dispatch sends you out.
- Troubleshoot, present honest options, build the digital work order, and you're done.
- No lead hunting. No chasing heavy installs. Just run the call and communicate effectively.
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of electrical experience (minimum 1 year in residential service).
- Comfortable running service calls independently and building genuine customer trust.
- A professional who knows that solving a problem starts with asking great questions, not giving high-pressure sales pitches.
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and able to pass standard background/drug checks.
- Able to commute to our Annapolis office daily (take-home vehicle provided after a brief training/onboarding period).
