Job description

This is a seasonal position starting in August/September. Exact start and end dates may vary slightly based on business needs, weather conditions, or staffing requirements.

As a Seasonal Warehouse & Customer Service Associate, you'll help create the magic behind the scenes by supporting both our Corporate Warehouse and Customer Service teams. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, is highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

You'll prepare and ship inventory to holiday and souvenir photography locations, assist with warehouse operations, and provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest inquiries and resolving concerns in a professional and timely manner. Responsibilities may shift throughout the season based on operational needs, making flexibility and teamwork essential to success.

Our Seasonal Warehouse & Customer Service Associates Will Also:

Warehouse Operations-

  • Build and prepare outbound shipments using customer-specific allocations.
  • Assist with receiving incoming shipments and maintaining accurate inventory.
  • Assist with delivery of inventory and equipment to local off-site locations.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Follow company standards for safety, quality, productivity, and speed of service.
  • Assist with additional warehouse and operational tasks as assigned.

Customer Service-

  • Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
  • Resolve customer concerns while providing exceptional guest experience.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal partners to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions when needed.
  • Perform other customer support duties as assigned.

  • Comfortable adapting to changing priorities throughout the holiday season.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.

Knowledge, Experience & Skills:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Comfortable driving a Box Truck or Cargo Van.
  • Forklift certification is preferred; on-site training is available for candidates without current certification.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and remain standing for extended periods.
  • Previous warehouse, fulfillment, shipping/receiving, retail, logistics, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
