    • Bachelor's degree and three (3) years of related experience.
    • Knowledge of all areas of accounting.   
    • Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in Finance/Accounting. 
    • Ability to supervise and set direction for accounting department. 
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
    • Ability to utilize Microsoft applications. 
    • Ability to work at a fast pace.
    • Compiles and analyze financial information.
    • Identifies trends and developments.
    • Reviews and approve transactions.
    • Manages accounting staff.
    • Works with Controllers and other senior managers.
    • Problem solves.
    • Supervise/manage a department and have authority over hiring/firing/performance decisions.
    • Work is primarily performed in a climate-controlled office environment.
    • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
