Job description


This position requires an active Secret clearance or the ability to obtain a Secret clearance to be considered.
A government contract requires that this position be restricted to U.S. citizens or legal permanent residents. You must provide documentation that you are a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident to qualify.
Site Supervisor provides full-authority oversight of production personnel across all manufacturing functions and operates as middle management. Uses broad knowledge of industry concepts, practices, and procedures, applying sound judgment and extensive experience to plan, prioritize, and achieve production goals. Performs varied tasks requiring creativity and independent decision-making.
Compensation & Benefits:
Estimated Starting Salary Range for Site Supervisor/Manager: $150,000
Pay commensurate with experience.
Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice.
Site Supervisor/Manager Responsibilities Include:
• Supervise production personnel across all facets of manufacturing operations.
• Plan and prioritize daily work assignments to meet production goals, schedules, and quality requirements.
• Direct workflow, staffing, and resource use to maintain safe, efficient operations.
• Monitor performance and provide coaching, feedback, and corrective direction as needed.
• Ensure personnel follow established procedures, work instructions, and site policies.
• Identify issues impacting production (equipment, materials, staffing, process) and drive resolution.
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality, logistics, and Government/customer counterparts as required.
• Maintain production documentation and communicate status, risks, and constraints to leadership.
• Support continuous improvement efforts and implement process changes when directed.
• Exercise independent judgment and creativity to solve operational problems and meet mission needs.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Site Supervisor/Manager Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:
• Bachelor's degree in a related specialty preferred (may be required based on contract/customer requirements).
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be acceptable where allowed.
• Prior supervisory experience in manufacturing, production, maintenance, logistics, or depot operations.
• Demonstrated ability to plan work, lead teams, and execute against schedule and performance metrics.
• Experience working with documented processes, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Strong leadership, team coordination, and accountability management.
• Working knowledge of manufacturing concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Sound judgment and decision-making under time constraints.
• Problem-solving skills with ability to adapt, improvise within policy, and drive results.
• Clear written and verbal communication (shift turnover, reporting, briefings).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain documentation accuracy.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use production tracking systems as required.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain appropriate security clearance for access to the Depot Production Computer System.
