A propos du poste

L'Operateur(trice) de production repare des palettes CHEP endommagees pesant entre 50 et 70 lb, en faisant preuve de rapidite, de precision et d'attention aux details, tout en respectant les exigences en matiere de securite, de qualite et de productivite.

Il s'agit d'un environnement de production rapide et axe sur des quotas, offrant des possibilites de primes basees sur la performance.

Dans ce role pratique, vous soutiendrez les operations du centre de service par l'inspection, le tri et la reparation des palettes, ainsi que par diverses taches generales d'entrepot, tout en contribuant a la culture de securite Zero Blessure (Zero Harm) de CHEP

• 25,92 $/hsalaire de depart

Vous devez avoir !

• Diplome d'etudes secondaires (requis)

• 1 a 3 ans d'experience en construction, menuiserie, amenagement paysager ou dans un domaine similaire (requis)

• 1 a 3 ans d'experience avec des outils electriques

• Capacite a effectuer un travail physique, incluant le levage de charges jusqu'a 70 lb

• Capacite a travailler efficacement en equipe

About the Role

The Production Operator repairs damaged CHEP pallets weighing between 50-70 lbs, using speed, accuracy, and attention to detail while ensuring safety, security, and productivity requirements are met. This is a fastpaced, quotadriven production environment with performance incentive opportunities.

In this handson role, you will support service centre operations through pallet inspection, sorting, repair, and general warehouse duties while contributing to CHEP's Zero Harm safety culture.

Compensation:

• $25.92/hrstarting wage

• Additional pay premium based on shift

• Performance-based production incentives, paid monthly

• Monday to Friday

• Shifts available:Day (7am-3pm)

What we need from you?

• High School Diploma (required)

• 1-3 years of general labour, construction, carpentry, landscaping or similar experience (required)

• 1-3 years of power tools experience (required)

• Ability to perform physical work, including lifting up to 70lbs

• Ability to work in a team setting
