Cheeky Monkeys in Fairview is looking for a Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our amazing team. We are located at Fairview Town Center on 341 Town Place. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, timely, motivated, and holds a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene. The F&B Supervisor is a supervisory role and reports to the Store Manager.  

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

• Lead the daily operations of Cheeky Monkeys Cafe, ensuring quality service and staff performance. Manage food orders and ensure prompt customer payments. 
• Maintain inventory, cleanliness, food rotation, and menu consistency, especially during food preparation for our large events.  
• Support the Store Manager with preparing supply and inventory orders.  
• Implement cost-effective measures and set budgets for efficient operations. 
• Recruit and train staff, ensuring their ongoing competence and development. 
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and maintain updated permits. 
• Oversee the proper maintenance, cleaning, and operation of kitchen equipment (airfryers, pizza ovens, fridge, etc). 
• Practice good food safety and maintain cleanliness in the Food & Beverage/Cafe area. 

Educational Qualifications: 

• High School diploma required. 
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or business preferred. 
• Energy, enthusiasm, and great customer service.  
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills. 
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team. 
• Previous experience in F&B preferred.

Salary Range between $13-15 per hour, with tips.
