Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–12:00 AM

The Douglasville office of CHASE Staffing is urgently seeking an experienced Custodian/Warehouse Cleaner for a busy warehouse facility in the Dallas/Hiram area.
The ideal candidate will be dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining cleanliness and safety standards throughout warehouse and office areas.
RESUME REQUIREMENT
Your resume must show recent, verifiable custodial, janitorial, or warehouse cleaning experience that matches the requirements listed below.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Collect and remove trash from warehouse and office areas
• Sort and manage recyclable materials
• Clean restrooms, breakrooms, hallways, offices, and common areas
• Sweep, mop, dust, vacuum, and clean glass surfaces
• Restock supplies and maintain an inventory of cleaning materials
• Use cleaning products, tools, and equipment safely
• Perform light facility upkeep, such as replacing light bulbs
• Report minor maintenance or safety concerns
• Assist with preparing and cleaning meeting or event spaces
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• At least two years of recent custodial, janitorial, or warehouse cleaning experience
• Experience must be from a warehouse, hospital, or other large organization
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to work safely with cleaning products and equipment
• Ability to lift, bend, stand, walk, and move throughout the entire shift
• Reliable transportation
• Dependable and consistent attendance
MANDATORY EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS
• Background check required
• Drug test required
• Steel-toe shoes required
