What you will do: Develop activity and leisure programs to implement corporate programs Plan and supervise individual and group activities that promote the well-being, integration and rehabilitation of residents in accordance with company guidelines. Oversee the activity schedule, its dissemination and its implementation. Manage allocated budgets and optimize the use of resources within the animation department. Oversee the hiring of various suppliers. Track and approve invoices within the allocated budget. Supervise the organization of activity rooms, decorations and minor work as needed. Ensure that participation in the various activities is optimized and communicate their success. Ensure communication related to activities, particularly on social media.
