The Project Coordinator assists project managers with administrative tasks related to their assigned projects. Organizes and manages various parts of a project(s) to ensure its success. Communicates necessary details of projects and specific assignments to cross functional team members and serve as a liaison between those team members and the project manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor the daily progress of projects and provides detailed updates to project managers or other stakeholders.
• Ensure team members have the information they need to complete their assigned tasks on time and within their budget limits.
• Process invoices and submit required documentation to the accounting team.
• Create sales orders, print labels, and complete scopes of work. Submit necessary information to production.
• Plan and schedule meetings and organize project logistics.
• Create reports to support the project manager with tracking project performance related to scope, schedule, and budget.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of related experience, e.g., customer service, sales support, project support, etc.
• HS Diploma or equivalent. BA/BS preferred.
• Intermediate level proficiency with MS Office products
• High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay Range

$53,000 - $68,000 (+ profit sharing)

The actual base salary offered will vary based on factors such as relevant skills, prior experience, education, the base salary of internal peers, and demonstrated performance.
