We’re looking for a bold, driven Leasing Manager to own the leasing experience across our DFW apartment portfolio. You’ll be the first impression, the trusted advisor, and the closer — all powered by an AI platform that handles the routine so you can focus on the exceptional.

What you will do

• Drive leasing performance and occupancy through consultative, high-touch sales

• Manage the full leasing cycle — from first contact to signed lease — using our AI-powered CRM and

communication platform

• Respond to leads and resident communication through digital-first channels, including text and CRM

messaging (no paper)

• Delivering world-class customer service that turns prospects into residents and residents into long term advocates

• Execute lease renewals and resident retention strategies

• Troubleshoot resident issues with creative, fast problem-solving — 80% same-day resolution is our

standard

• Partner with management on pricing strategy, occupancy trends, market comps, and live occupancy

dashboards

• Champion digital lease execution, self-guided tours, and smart-access onboarding for new residents

• Ensure model apartments and vacant units are tour-ready and move-in ready

• Adapt quickly to new technology, AI-assisted workflows, and evolving operational processes

• Help create a positive, high-performance team culture across the community

Experience

• 2+ years of multifamily leasing experience with a proven closing record

• High computer acumen — you pick up new software fast and love automated workflows

• Sales-first mindset: you qualify, present, handle objections, and close with confidence

• Elite customer service instincts — you read people quickly and make every interaction feel personal

• Problem-solving DNA — you find a way before you escalate

• Comfortable operating in a near-paperless, AI-assisted work environment (100% Comfortable)

• Strong written communication — the majority of resident interaction is text and digital messaging

• Familiarity with EliseAI, ResMan, Entrata, Yardi, RealPage, or similar PMS platforms preferred

• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
