The Landscape Maintenance Crew Member plays a crucial role in upholding the aesthetic and health of clients' outdoor environments. This full-time position involves performing routine landscaping tasks with precision and care, ensuring safety compliance, and collaborating effectively with team members. Working both independently and as part of small or large teams, the crew member will engage in a variety of projects including routine maintenance, special projects, and landscape installation. Responsibilities

• Mow lawns, weed eat, trim, and blow debris to maintain clean, attractive landscapes
• Follow basic safety procedures to ensure a safe work environment
• Maintain and perform basic repairs on landscaping equipment
• Clean work sites thoroughly after completing tasks
• Provide plant care to promote healthy growth
• Interact professionally with customers on site
• Collaborate effectively within both small and large team settings

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of landscape maintenance experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Proficient in mowing, weed eating, trimming, and blowing
• Knowledge of basic safety procedures
• Effective time management and communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team and maintain physical stamina
