Legal Secretary Opportunity

Our client, a well-established Dallas law firm, is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to support a busy estate planning practice, working closely with two attorneys. This is an excellent opportunity for a polished, detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a client-focused environment and thrives in a role that blends legal and administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, revise, and finalize estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney
• Manage attorney calendars, schedule client meetings, and coordinate deadlines for two attorneys
• Communicate professionally with clients, financial advisors, and other stakeholders
• Assist with document organization, file management, and e-filing as needed
• Handle light personal assistant duties, including scheduling personal appointments and managing select personal tasks for the attorneys

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years of estate planning legal secretary experience
• Strong knowledge of estate planning documents and terminology
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Professional communication skills and a client-service mindset
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
