Centrolina is hiring a junior sous chef to help support the culinary vision. Our culinary philosophy is ingredient focused, seasonal cuisine with innovative twists and turns. Our Italian cuisine is inspired by the seasons and often incorporates Asian ingredients or the cuisine of the Chef Tables we collaborate on.
The ideal candidate has worked at Michelin or James Beard recognized restaurant and is looking to take the next step in their career path. Experience working in an Italian kitchen is desired but not required. The menu changes frequently, offering an opportunity to learn many dishes and a variety of techniques.
