Job description
Position: Collector
Location: Centris Headquarters (132nd & Pacific St)
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm (+11 paid holidays!)
Pay: $18.16 -$19.97 per hour AND incentives of up to 12% of your monthly income every month!

General Summary:
We’re looking for someone who is service-oriented, detail-driven, and passionate about problem-solving. If you thrive in a dynamic, member-focused environment and want to contribute to the financial success of both individuals and the credit union, this is the opportunity for you!
In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing strong relationships with internal and external members, vendors, financial institutions, and legal partners, while handling credit risk and account collection activities. Your expertise will help guide members through financial challenges, providing them with the solutions and services they need to succeed, while ensuring the credit union’s financial stability.
