We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Relationship Banker to join our retail team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to provide exceptional service to our customers while developing a comprehensive understanding of banking operations. Key Responsibilities:

- Process a variety of banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments accurately and efficiently

- Assist customers with account inquiries, product information, and financial services

- Open new customer accounts

- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking products and services

- Maintain knowledge of banking policies, procedures, and compliance regulations

- Balance cash drawer daily and ensure all transactions are properly recorded

- Promote and cross-sell bank products to enhance customer relationships

- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and friendly service

- Adhere to security and confidentiality policies to protect customer information

Requirements
