We're looking for a Licensed Client Services Associate who enjoys building relationships, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in providing an outstanding client experience. This unique role combines front-office client service with licensed investment operations, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and wants to play an important role in a growing financial planning practice.

What You'll Do

As the first person clients see when they walk through our doors, you'll create a warm and professional first impression while also supporting our advisors behind the scenes.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting clients and creating an exceptional office experience
• Answering phones and assisting clients with professionalism and care
• Scheduling appointments and managing advisor calendars
• Preparing meeting materials and client paperwork
• Processing investment account paperwork and account maintenance requests
• Assisting with account openings, transfers, beneficiary updates, and money movement requests
• Tracking investment business from submission through completion
• Communicating with custodians, clients, and advisors regarding outstanding items
• Maintaining accurate client records within the CRM and other internal systems
• Supporting office operations and collaborating with teammates across departments

Qualifications

Required

• Active FINRA securities licenses (or ability to obtain required licensing)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong computer and Microsoft Office skills
• Outstanding organizational and time management abilities

Preferred

• Experience working in financial services
• Experience processing investment or advisory business
• Familiarity with Redtail CRM or similar client management systems
• Knowledge of brokerage, advisory, and annuity products
