Position Overview

Centra Medical Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our remote outpatient team. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns, including their strengths and resources.
• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities to deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to client needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, establishing clear goals and interventions to guide client progress.
• Coordinate case management by collaborating closely with mental health professionals to ensure a holistic approach to treatment.
• Provide crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning during critical situations to safeguard client welfare.
• Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation that adheres to ethical and legal standards.
• Facilitate engaging psychoeducation classes and support groups to empower clients and promote mutual support among participants.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Proficient knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities that align with contemporary mental health practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and assessment capabilities, fostering trust with clients.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a community health setting is preferred to navigate the diverse needs of our client base.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for effective documentation and data management.
• Acumen in crisis management and de-escalation techniques to ensure client safety.

Compensation and Benefits
