) Centers Health Care is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Hospital Liaison to drive our outreach efforts and promote the exceptional services of Centers Health Care in Manhattan and Queens. As a member of our marketing team, you will play a key role in building relationships with hospitals, physicians, discharge planners, and community organizations to promote our facilities. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys networking, has a passion for healthcare, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote Centers Health Care's services and facilities to hospitals, physicians, and community organizations.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with referral sources to drive admissions and grow brand awareness.
  • Conduct outreach through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings to local healthcare providers and organizations.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase awareness of our services within the local community.
  • Plan and attend networking events, health fairs, and local community outreach activities.
  • Educate referral sources on the full range of services offered by Centers Health Care.
  • Provide regular reporting on marketing activities and progress toward goals.
  • Collaborate with the corporate marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Respond to inquiries from prospective clients, families, and referral sources in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in creating and distributing content for social media, newsletters, and other marketing channels.

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing or sales, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the Manhattan and Queens healthcare landscape and community.
  • Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
