This full-time position offers a competitive salary structure, including a base salary ranging from $36,000 to $42,000 per year, based on experience. With commission opportunities ranging from $10,000 to $60,000+ annually, plus bonuses averaging between $2,000 and $10,000+, the potential for earning is substantial.

Responsibilities- Deliver engaging sales presentations to showcase product benefits.
- Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with clients.
- Follow up on warm leads provided by the company.
- Conducts timely follow-up communication with clients to address inquiries and concerns.
- Utilize persuasive techniques to finalize sales transactions.
- Set and achieve sales targets within specified timeframes.
Requirements- Licensing Requirements: You will be required to obtain a Property and Casualty or Personal Lines License (if not already licensed).
- Preferred candidate would already be Licensed in Property and Casualty or Personal Lines / have insurance experience but we have a reimbursement program available for getting your license.
- Familiarity with fundamental computer software and applications.
