Role Description
CatchUp Recruiting is currently supporting the search for a Project Manager – Civil for a full-time, on-site position based in Georgia.
This role will be responsible for overseeing civil construction and infrastructure-related projects from preconstruction and planning through execution and closeout. The Project Manager will play a key role in managing budgets, schedules, subcontractor coordination, procurement activities, project documentation, and client communication to help ensure safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of civil construction operations and be comfortable managing multiple moving parts across active project environments. This person should be able to work closely with field teams, consultants, subcontractors, and internal leadership while maintaining control of cost, schedule, and overall project performance.
