We will be expanding our team in the DFW market in 2026 and seek a seasoned Site Construction Superintendent to lead our field operations.
Position Summary:
The Site Construction General Superintendent will oversee all field operations for one or more site-work projects (up to $10M) from mobilization through completion.
You'll be responsible for scheduling, budgets, quality, safety, subcontractor coordination, resource management, and stakeholder communications.
You serve as the on-site leader to ensure projects are executed efficiently, safely, and to the company's standards, and as a General Superintendent responsible for managing other projects managed by Job Foremen.

Qualifications
• Minimum 7-10 years of superintendent experience in site work or civil construction (i.e., grading, utilities, paving).
• Demonstrated experience managing large site-work projects in the DFW region.
• Strong leadership, communication, and subcontractor management skills.
• Proficient in reading plans, specs, and construction documents; able to interpret drawings and manage field operations accordingly.
• Excellent scheduling, cost-control, and problem-solving abilities.
• Itinerary: typical requirement is being on-site full-time; occasional travel within the Metroplex.
• Proficiency with construction software (e.g., Procore, PlanGrid, MS Project, and MS Office) is preferred.
• Valid driver's license; able to get to/around job sites across DFW.
• Safety certifications (OSHA 30, TWIC, etc.) preferred.
