Job Title: Car Salesperson / Automotive Sales Consultant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Car Salesperson to join our dealership team. The ideal candidate will assist customers in finding vehicles that meet their needs, explain vehicle features and financing options, and provide an outstanding buying experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and identify their vehicle needs and preferences
• Explain vehicle features, warranties, and financing/leasing options
• Conduct test drives and answer customer questions
• Maintain knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and automotive trends
• Negotiate pricing and finalize sales agreements
• Follow up with leads and previous customers to build long-term relationships
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
• Complete sales paperwork accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude

Requirements

• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Basic computer and CRM skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in automotive sales
• Knowledge of vehicle financing and leasing
• Bilingual skills are a plus
