We are independent business owners and life insurance brokers partnered with an IMO, and we are expanding our team nationwide. Compensation

This is a 100% commission-based independent contractor opportunity. There is no hourly wage or salary.

In insurance you have a comp level (commission percentage) and the starting comp level is 80.

As skills, production, and experience develop, our agents commonly target $5,000–$20,000+ in monthly earnings, depending on individual production and results. Income is performance-based and is not guaranteed.

No prior insurance experience is required. We provide mentorship and guidance to help you understand the industry, complete the licensing process, learn the fundamentals of sales, and develop your skills.

Licensing

To sell life insurance, you must obtain the appropriate state insurance license. You can eventually become licensed in multiple states, but you will begin the licensing process in your home/resident state.

Our team will provide guidance and resources to help you understand the licensing process.
