Salary: $165,000–$180,000 base + equity

About the Role
Our client is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead core product marketing initiatives, including positioning, go-to-market strategy, and sales enablement.
This role is highly cross-functional and will play a key part in shaping how the company communicates its value to enterprise customers, supporting both new customer acquisition and expansion.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and refine product positioning and messaging across solutions and target industries
- Lead product launches from planning through execution, including narrative development and internal alignment
- Create high-impact buyer-facing content such as web pages, solution briefs, and value-based messaging frameworks
- Build and maintain sales enablement materials, including presentations, competitive positioning, and objection-handling resources
- Partner closely with sales to gather insights and improve messaging based on deal activity
- Translate customer outcomes into scalable marketing assets, including case studies and customer stories
- Support the development of industry-specific go-to-market strategies and messaging
- Ensure consistency of messaging across all customer-facing channels
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in product marketing within B2B SaaS or enterprise technology
- Proven ability to lead positioning and messaging initiatives independently
- Experience delivering successful product launches with measurable impact
- Background supporting enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and long deal timelines
- Comfort working with technical products (e.g., AI, data platforms, or developer-focused solutions)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with sales, product, and marketing teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment
