Job description

Advanced Practice Provider - Interventional Spine / Musculoskeletal Medicine
CaroMont Orthopedic & Sports Medicine Center | Gastonia, NC
CaroMont Orthopedic & Sports Medicine Center is recruiting an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our established and growing interventional spine practice in Gastonia, North Carolina. This is a full-time, outpatient opportunity supporting two experienced interventional physiatrists within a high-volume orthopedic practice.
The practice focuses on interventional spine care with some chronic pain and opioid management. New graduates and experienced APPs are encouraged to apply. Prior experience in musculoskeletal medicine is preferred but not required.
You will manage your own outpatient clinic under physician supervision and play an active role in the continued growth of the interventional spine service line.
Position Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and treat patients with musculoskeletal conditions, primarily neck and low back pain, in an outpatient setting
  • Perform in-office procedures (e.g., knee injections, bursa injections, trigger point injections) if comfortable
  • Partner with physicians to support and grow the interventional spine practice
  • Collaborate with triage staff to address patient calls and electronic messages
  • Work closely with attending physicians in a professional, team-based environment

Qualifications
  • Excellent clinical, interpersonal, organizational, and computer skills
  • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Program
  • DEA license required
