Job description

Position Overview:
Motorcarsย is seeking a detail-oriented and dependableย Automotiveย Billingย Clerkย to join our accounting team. This role is essential to ensuring accurate and timely processing of vehicle sales transactions, funding documents, andย billingย across internal departments and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and finalize all vehicle salesย billing
  • Post car deals and verify all required documentation is complete
  • Reconcile schedules and resolve anyย billingย discrepancies
  • Coordinate with sales managers and finance teams on outstanding items
  • Maintain accurate deal files in accordance with state and company guidelines
  • Assist with DMV paperwork and title processing as needed

Qualifications:

  • Prior automotiveย billingย experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and dealership management software (e.g.,ย Dealertrackย or similar systems)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Professional and team-oriented attitude
