Join a successful, established State Farm agency with nearly 30 years of serving the Dawsonville community. Carla Boutin State Farm is seeking a licensed Insurance Sales Associate who is motivated to grow, build lasting customer relationships, and maximize their earning potential.

Applicants must already hold active Georgia Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses to be considered.

Responsibilities
  • Generate new business through referrals, leads, networking, and agency marketing initiatives
  • Conduct needs-based conversations and recommend appropriate insurance and financial services products
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities across multiple product lines
  • Manage and follow up on sales opportunities in a timely manner
  • Meet and exceed individual sales goals while contributing to agency growth

Qualifications
  • Active Georgia Property & Casualty License + Life & Health License (Required)
  • Insurance sales experience preferred
  • Proven sales success and goal-oriented mindset
