Job description
Distillery Shineslinger requirements:
- Guest Service focus being top priority
- Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and co-workers
- Possess the ethics and positive attitude that support our values and culture
- Reliable with strong work ethic
- Must have the ability/stamina to work a minimum of (20) hours a week.
- Ability to stand/walk for 2-8 hours per day.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
- Will frequently reach, feel, bend, stoop, carry, finely manipulate and key in data
- Must be able to work in both a warm and cool outdoors environment.
- Must be able to tolerate higher levels of noise from music and customer traffic.
- Must be a team player and able to work well in a team environment.
- Must be able to multi task.
- Must be comfortable encouraging sales and engaging guests.
- Positive and motivational attitude and good interpersonal skills.
- Quickly adaptable to changing work responsibilities.
- Able to interact with guests and create fun and memorable experiences.
