Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health | Caremed Inc. QUICK SUMMARY
- Job Type: PRN
- Shift Flexibility: Flexible scheduling & home visits
- Pay Frequency: Weekly Pay for PRN
- Required Credentials: Active Virginia RN License + CPR/BLS
- Service Area: Appomattox, Charlotte, Campbell, Lunenburg & Mecklenburg Counties, VA
Caremed Inc. is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide compassionate, one-on-one home health care to patients throughout Central Virginia. If you are a dependable RN who values patient-centered care and meaningful relationships, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do- Perform in-home nursing assessments and health evaluations
- Develop and follow individualized care plans
- Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes
- Educate patients and family caregivers
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams
- Provide clinical guidance and supervision to home care aides
- Complete accurate electronic visit documentation and nursing notes
- Promote patient safety, independence, and quality of life
- Active Virginia RN license in good standing
- ADN or BSN from an accredited nursing program
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Home health or home care experience preferred
- Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills
- Dependable and compassionate patient-first approach
