Turn HR Strategy Into Business Impact

We’re looking for an experienced Director of Human Resources who knows that great HR leadership is about more than developing strategy it's about developing people.

This is a high-impact opportunity for an operationally driven, people-first HR leader who wants to help shape how an organization grows, leads, and performs. Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll serve as a key execution partner, translating people strategy into action and creating the structure, accountability, and momentum needed to deliver measurable results.

This role is ideal for someone who is both a builder and a practitioner. You can see the big picture, design the solution, build the roadmap, and then roll up your sleeves to make sure it works.

What You’ll Do

Turn strategy into results.

  • Partner with the HR Leadership to translate strategic priorities into clear plans, timelines, and deliverables. You’ll keep critical initiatives moving forward, anticipate obstacles, and ensure priorities progress from idea through successful execution.

Lead and elevate the HRBP function.

  • Provide day-to-day leadership to the HR Business Partner team, creating greater alignment, accountability, and impact in how HR partners with the organization.

Advise and influence senior leaders.

  • Operate as a high-impact internal consultant and trusted advisor, helping leaders diagnose organizational challenges, strengthen their teams, navigate complex people decisions, and improve performance.

Continual Process Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to improve HR practices, frameworks, and processes and develop scalable solutions that support continued organizational growth.

Create accountability and momentum.

  • Bring structure and execution to the HR agenda. You’ll connect the dots across HR functions and help ensure important priorities don’t lose traction.

Stay close to the work.

  • This isn’t a role where you simply set direction and hand off execution. You’ll balance strategic leadership with hands-on involvement and remain connected to both the employee and business experience.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • 8+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including meaningful HR leadership and business partnership
  • Experience leading, coaching, and developing HR professionals or HR Business Partners
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect people strategy to organizational priorities
  • Background in employee relations, compliance, and HR program development
  • Demonstrated success translating strategy into executable plans and measurable outcomes
  • Experience advising senior leaders on organizational effectiveness, talent, leadership, performance, and complex employee matters
  • Strong project and change leadership skills with an ability to drive multiple priorities from concept through completion
  • A collaborative, people-first leadership style paired with a strong bias toward action

The Leader Who Will Thrive Here

You’re someone who naturally asks, “How do we make this happen?”

You build trust quickly, bring clarity to complexity, and create momentum when priorities stall. You’re comfortable in conversations with senior executives but equally willing to get into the details with your team. You know when to listen, when to challenge, and when to act.

Most importantly, you enjoy building, improving, and executing. You want to be part of an HR leadership team where you can have a meaningful voice, lead a talented team, influence business decisions, and see the tangible impact of your work.

Why This Opportunity?

This is an opportunity to serve as a key partner HR Leadership while owning a meaningful portion of the HR function. You’ll have the visibility to influence senior leadership, the team to turn ideas into action, and the opportunity to help shape an HR function built for what comes next.

If you’re an HR leader who combines strategic thinking with operational excellence and gets energy from turning ideas into results, we’d like to hear from you.
