CarePointe, PC is seeking a dedicated and motivated receptionist to join our dynamic ear, nose and throat practice.  Our multidisciplinary ENT practice includes four otolaryngologists, two audiologists, and a nurse practitioner, all committed to delivering exceptional patient-centered care. Position Overview

As the first point of contact, the Medical Receptionist plays a key role in supporting our ENT/Audiology practice across three locations and ensuring an efficient and positive experience for every patient.  

Key Responsibilities

·         Greet and register patients

·         Schedule and manage appointments

·         Answer telephone inquiries and follow-up on patient voice messages

·         Maintain accurate patient records in the electronic medical record system

·         Verify insurance coverage and process patient payments

Qualifications

Required:

• High school diplomas or general education degree (GED)
• Knowledge, skills and experience with personal computers/software systems
• Strong organizational, communication and multitasking skills
• Empathy and professionalism
• Ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations

Preferred:

• One to two years of experience in a medical practice
• Epic EMR experience
