Shift Description: 12 hour shifts, nights/day combination. 24 hour shift available if interested.
Requirements:
- Board Certified (AANP or NCPA) - REQUIRED
- MI License - Highly Preferred (willing to accept providers needing to obtain License)
- BLS, ACLS - REQUIRED
- Must be experienced - REQUIRED
- Acute Care trained and certified- Required
Position: APP Cardiovascular Surgeon to fill their need!
Dates of Coverage: ASAP through December of 2025, potentially longer depending on recruitment and training for new hires.
Schedule: 12-hour shifts, nights/day combination. 24 hours shift available if interested.
Call Schedule: No call required.
Practice Setting: Hospital-based. CVICU
Average Number of Patients Per Day: Daily census of 9
Documentation System/EMR: EPIC
Level II Trauma Center
APP be Working Autonomously: Yes
Supervising Physician Present During Assignment: Yes, for day shift, by phone for night shift.
Patient Age Demographic: Adult 18 and older
Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 120 days
