Job description

We are searching for a Product Marketing Manager to own how Cardata brings new products and features to market.

As our first Product Marketing Manager on the team, you'll play a foundational role in our growing Product Marketing team, leading the go-to-market execution for Cardata's product launches. From developing messaging and coordinating launch activities to creating market education, enablement, and product communications, you'll help ensure every new capability is successfully introduced, understood, and adopted.

Working at the intersection of Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, you'll translate complex product capabilities into clear customer value while building the processes, resources, and best practices that will scale Product Marketing at Cardata. You'll have the autonomy to improve how we launch products, introduce new ideas, and help shape the future of the function as it grows.

Success in this role is measured by how effectively new products are brought to market, the confidence internal teams have in communicating their value, and the success with which customers adopt them. You'll think strategically while rolling up your sleeves to create the training, documentation, and enablement that help customers and prospects realize value faster.

If you're energized by bringing structure to complex projects, collaborating across teams, and taking ownership from launch planning through customer adoption, you'll thrive in this role.

*Please note this is a hybrid position based in Toronto*

Your mission

  • Own the end-to-end go-to-market execution for Cardata's product launches, coordinating each launch from planning through successful market introduction.
  • Translate product changes into clear, compelling messaging that helps customers, prospects, and internal teams understand the value behind every release.
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure that every product launch is supported with the right communications, education, documentation, and enablement materials to drive successful customer adoption.
  • Develop deep expertise in our customers, products, and market, serving as the bridge between Product and the customer by translating customer needs into clear messaging, positioning, education, and enablement.

What you will do

  • Lead the execution of Cardata's product go-to-market process from release planning through launch readiness and customer adoption.
  • Partner with Product to review upcoming releases, assess customer impact, and determine the appropriate level of communication, training, and enablement required for each launch.
  • Develop messaging, positioning, and customer value propositions for new products and enhancements.
  • Serve as the primary cross-functional coordinator for product launches, aligning Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Operations around launch readiness.
  • Participate in product testing and launch readiness activities to help deliver a high-quality customer experience.
  • Create release summaries, product announcements, customer communications, and feature updates for administrators, managers, drivers, decision makers, and internal teams.
  • Create and maintain education resources, including external user guides, training videos, feature highlights, interactive product walkthroughs, and Cardata's product training library to support successful feature adoption.
  • Create and maintain enablement materials, including positioning guides, FAQs, presentation decks, and supporting collateral that equip customer-facing teams to confidently communicate product value.
  • Maintain and update product overview decks, feature collateral, and customer-facing materials as products evolve.
  • Create innovation articles and customer success stories that showcase Cardata's product enhancements, customer outcomes, and thought leadership.

What you bring

  • 3-5 years of experience in Product Marketing, Go-to-Market, Product Enablement, Customer Education, or a related B2B SaaS role.
  • Proven experience managing product or feature launches from planning through execution.
  • Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex product concepts into clear, customer-focused messaging.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with experience coordinating multiple initiatives and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Experience developing external facing product documentation, customer education, or enablement content.
  • Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and influence without direct authority.
  • A proactive, highly organized approach with the ability to operate independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in B2B SaaS or high-growth technology companies.
  • Experience creating customer education programs, interactive product tours, or training content.
  • Experience supporting enterprise software launches or complex B2B products.
  • Experience working closely with Product teams in Agile environments.
